To ensure efficient and effective trash collection, we kindly request that all trash be securely bagged and placed into the dumpsters. No trash or bulk should be placed in the dumpster enclosure. This helps maintain cleanliness within our community and ensures the safety of our environment.

Owner/Tenant who desires to reserve, use, and enjoy the Association’s pool area premises, located at 7916 NW 7 St. Pembroke Pines, Florida, must submit a Pool Area Reservation Agreement and a $200.00 deposit (refundable) to the management company.

You can conveniently make your monthly dues payment through our online portal using either your checking account or credit card.

2. In-Person/Mail:
Homeowners can make payments in person or mail to the property management located at 1773 N State Road 7, Ste 200, Lauderhill FL 33313. Please make checks payable to The Cove at French Villas Condominium Association and reference your property address in the Memo.
If you choose to make your payment in person or by mail, please ensure it reaches our office by the 10th of the month to avoid any late fees.
3. Bank Bill Pay:
You can set up bill payments through your personal bank/online banking. The information you will need to set up is:

Payments for monthly dues are due on the 1st of each month. Any payment received after the 15th day of the month will be considered late.
Late Fee Calculation: A late fee will be charged starting on the 16th day of the month and calculated from the Payment Due Date (1st of the month) onwards, then added daily to the account balance. The late fee will be assessed at an annual percentage rate (APR) of 18%.
Continued Non-Payment: Residents who fail to make timely payments and accrue late fees on a recurring basis may face additional consequences as outlined in the association’s governing documents, which may include legal action with residents being responsible to pay attorney fees incurred.

Husband and wife should complete one application and pay only one application fee of $150.00.
Yes. All applicants must attend an orientaion with the Board of Directors to obtain Association approval.
Yes, the deposit is $1,500.00. It’s refundable once the tenants move out.
